Over decades, the product range grew from standard spur gears into a comprehensive line of precision spiral bevel gears, helical bevel gear units, gear shafts, spline shafts, gear couplings, and complete gearbox assemblies. Today, roughly 50% of output is exported directly to North American and European markets, with key end customers that include JOHN DEERE and other globally recognized equipment manufacturers.

What We Manufacture

Spiralformede koniske gir

Flaggskipproduktlinjen. Moduler M0,5–M8 i standardproduksjon, opptil M12 på forespørsel. Ytterdiameter opptil 600 mm. Presisjon DIN6–DIN9. Materialkvaliteter fra messing og aluminium for lett automatisering til 20CrMo og 18CrNiMo7-6 for tunge industrielle drivenheter.

Spiralvinkel: 35°–45° standard

Tannhjulskoniske girenheter

Tangensiell konisk tanngeometri med større koinsidinsgrad enn koniske tannhjul. Spesielt egnet for høyhastighets industrimaskiner, landbruks-PTO-drev og automatiserte maskinverktøy. Produsert i henhold til ISO H7/H8 boretoleranser.

Helixvinkel: 8°–50° på forespørsel

Hypoid-koniske gir

Forskjøvet aksedesign for kjøretøydifferensialer, lavprofilerte industrielle drivverk og applikasjoner som krever større pinjongdiameter for økt dreiemomentkapasitet. Girforhold opptil 25:1 per trinn. Leveres alltid som matchende ring-og-pinjong-par.

Giraksler og splineaksler

Kombinerte gir- og akselkomponenter, inkludert pinjongaksler og drivaksler i 18CrNiMo7-6 og 20CrMo. Splineprofiler i henhold til ISO H7/H8/H9. Brukes mye i kraftoverføring for landbruksmaskiner og drivlinjer for anleggsmaskiner.

Manufacturing Process

From Raw Material to Precision Gear — Our Full Process

Understanding how we manufacture spiral bevel gears helps engineers evaluate whether our quality system matches their specifications. Here is our standard production flow.

Raw Material

Forged / rolled alloy steel. Chemical composition verified on receipt.

02

Blank Turning

CNC lathe pre-machines blank to profile dimensions. Annealing applied where required.

03

Gear Cutting

Face-milling (Gleason) or face-hobbing spiral bevel cutting. Spiral angle 35°–45°.

04

Heat Treatment

Carburizing + quenching to HRC 58–62 surface, HRC 35–42 core. Full curve documentation.

05

Grinding & Lapping

Hard grinding and profile modification for DIN6–DIN9. Paired sets lapped to achieve optimal contact pattern.

06

Final Inspection & Shipping

100% CMM dimensional verification. QA documentation compiled. Packed per international export standard.
